An Alva man was arrested after a five-month investigation connected him to a fatal crash on the Caloosahatchee Bridge in February. Fort Myers police arrested Jamaine Washington, 43, on Tuesday for charges of vehicular homicide, driving with license suspended and providing false statement to law enforcement.
