A Dodge Charger, motorcycle and deputy patrol car collided in a deadly crash that claimed the life of a motorcyclist late Thursday night in Lake Worth. At about 11:30 p.m., a Dodge Charger was turning left onto 4th Avenue North from Dixie Highway when the driver cut in front of a 27-year-old motorcyclist, ejecting him from his Kawasaki motorcycle, according to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. The motorcyclist hit the pavement and was later pronounced dead on the scene.

A 23-year-old man was killed Monday night in a shooting in Lake City, police said. Within hours, Lake City police had two men in custody, charged with homicide.
