A 2-year-old boy was shot by a 4-year-old in a home on Saturday morning, police say. Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said that shortly after 9:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to Pulaski St. in Port Charlotte for a 2-year-old shot by a 4-year-old. A 37-year-old convicted felon was at the Monroe County Jail’s Key West facility on Sunday accused of killing a 54-year-old man, records show. Monroe County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Lee Charles Quinn on Saturday at the corner of Overseas Highway and 39 Street in Marathon. The murder was across the street at the Marathon Community Park, a popular area with soccer fields, and tennis and basketball courts. A woman said she quickly hid under her bed with her dog — fearing for her life — after a gunshot hit her apartment window on Sunday in downtown Miami.
