A Florida man is facing three felony charges after someone threw a cup of coffee at him Saturday morning, deputies said. A pedestrian was fatally hit by a car early Tuesday morning in Bradenton. The driver was traveling north on 15th Street East, south of 63 Avenue when a 47-year-old Sarasota man was crossing the travel lanes at about 6:05 a.m., according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
