A Hanceville man is dead after he was fatally hit while riding his bike Thursday evening. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Dakota R. Lamons, 19, was riding his bike on Alabama 91 near Cullman County 501 when he was struck by a vehicle at about 6:46 p.m. Lamons was thrown off the bike upon impact and pronounced dead at the scene. A 65-year-old man died Saturday when his motorcycle collided with a car in Arlington, police said. The fatal crash was reported about 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of Matlock Road and East Bardin Road. Officers found the driver of the motorcycle lying unresponsive in the roadway, police said in a news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the man after his next of kin have been notified.

A 47-year-old Spring Hill man died of injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
