Two killed in Richmond crash identified.

Authorities on Monday identified two people who died in a one-vehicle crash here last week. According to police, the vehicle ran off northbound Carlson Boulevard near Florida Avenue about 7:15 a.m. on Jan. 12, and hit at least one tree in the center median.
