Panama City fire destroys apartment, two dogs rescued

An early morning house fire in Panama City destroyed one apartment and damaged a second. Panama City Police and Panama City Firefighters arrived at the home on Lake Avenue to find the front apartment completely engulfed in flames and an apartment behind it getting a lot of smoke and heat damage.
