One man has been shot after a fight with his roommate, the St. Petersburg Police Department announced. According to SPPD, officers were called at 8:11 a.m. to an apartment at 1701 Central Avenue regarding a report of a person shot. Officers arrived at the apartment and learned two men, who were roommates, got into a fight. The roommate stayed on scene for officers and was detained, SPPD said. A pedestrian died after he was hit and run over Thursday night on Jacksonville’s southside.
