Police are investigating after an 18-year-old was shot and killed Sunday morning in Lauderhill. A suspect accused of driving drunk struck a St. Petersburg police officer early Saturday morning. The police department said a driver ran a stop sign at 1st Avenue North and 23rd Street North and struck the officer in a marked cruiser, who was traveling through the intersection.
