A fully engulfed tractor-trailer on I-95 had blocked four right lanes of southbound traffic in Riviera Beach on Tuesday, according to Florida 511. A crash involving two commercial vehicles shut down the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 of Davie Road Extension Wednesday morning, authorities said.
