A family’s pet cat died on Sunday after a house fire in Sunrise. Four people survived, including a woman who was injured, and two other cats vanished. Two people were found dead Friday after police responded to a “suspicious call involving gunshots” at a Miramar apartment complex, a spokesperson for the city’s police department said.
