Juvenile wounded in Sarasota shooting

 A victim Sarasota police described as “a juvenile” was hospitalized after a shooting early Tuesday morning. The shooting happened near the 1800 block of 29th street, according to a release from the Sarasota Police Department.  More than a dozen teens are facing felony charges after a large brawl at the Brooksville Youth Academy left five people hurt, according to investigators.
