SunRail service delayed after man struck by train in Orange County’s Taft neighborhood

SunRail service was delayed by over 75 minutes on Tuesday afternoon in the Taft area after a train struck a pedestrian, authorities said. Southbound train P323 SB and northbound train P322 were stopped around 3 p.m. as the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) investigated the incident along the railroad tracks between Sand Lake Rd. and Meadow Woods stations.
