A major crash on the Turnpike in West Palm Beach has blocked all northbound lanes.
Florida 511 reported a crash at 6:43 a.m. just before Mile Marker 102.
Officials’ latest update was at 6:44 a.m., and it was stated that all northbound lanes had been blocked.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
