A single-vehicle crash Monday morning kills driver, Tampa Police investigate.
Officers responded to the 6100 block of North 22nd Street around 6 a.m. regarding the crash.
The driver was the only person in the car when it crashed. He was transported to a local hospital where he died, according to TPD.
North 22nd Street is closed between East Hanna Avenue and East Idlewild Avenue. Drivers are asked to use alternative routes.
