A woman died from injuries in a crash on East Lake Road in Palm Harbor, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The crash happened on East Lake Road near Eagle Cove Boulevard on Thursday afternoon.
According to FHP, a Chevy Tahoe making an improper lane change on northbound East Lake Road hit a Chevy Camero driven by a 39-year-old woman.
According to FHP, the Camero then went into the southbound Lanes of East Lake Road, where it was struck by two other vehicles.
The woman driving the Camero was taken to the hospital but died from injuries in the crash, according to FHP.
The Tahoe driver was not injured, and the two other vehicle drivers involved in the crash had minor injuries.
East Lake Road was closed for an extended period of time Thursday afternoon but has since reopened.
