The owner of a Longwood bakery was arrested over the weekend after he was accused of a litany of sexual offenses, according to the police department.
In an arrest report, police said they were notified about a “sex crime” on Sunday morning.
The victim told police she had been sexually harassed for months by Luis Espinel, 65, the owner of Pan Pan Bakery on East State Road 434, the report shows.
The victim claimed that Espinel “rubbed her arms and kissed her without her permission,” and last week, he lifted his apron to expose his genitals to her, police said.
She reportedly called him a “Cochino” — meaning “Pig” in Spanish — and told him to get back to work, but he later showed her an image on his cell phone of her using the bathroom in the bakery, according to the report.
On Sunday, police executed a warrant at the bakery, and Espinel admitted to exposing himself and recording the victim while she was using the bathroom at work, investigators explained.
Police added that at least nine video recordings were found on Espinel’s phone.
As a result, Espinel was arrested and faces charges of battery, indecent exposures, and nine counts of video voyeurism. He is held on bond of $47,000.
