A major crash on State Road 100 Thursday blocked all lanes and resulted in two trauma alerts.
According to Putnam County Fire Rescue Professionals Local 3529, emergency personnel arrived on scene to two vehicles with heavy damage. One vehicle overturned, causing entrapment, and fire rescue put out a small fire.
The crash occurred approximately a quarter mile east of County Road 315.
Florida Highway Patrol Troopers were dispatched to the crash around 3:34 p.m.
