Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a fatal crash on Airport-Pulling Road South and Estey Avenue in Collier County.
According to the FHP, a red sedan traveling southbound on Airport-Pulling Road South attempted an unprotected left turn in front of a northbound pickup truck.
The front of the pickup truck then collided with the right side of the red sedan. Troopers said a third gray sedan had minor damage in the crash.
According to FHP, the passenger of the red sedan was pronounced dead on the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
NBC2 is working to find out if anyone else was injured in the crash.
