A 66-year-old man who died last week after a vehicle crash has been identified as Richard Wallis, of Jensen Beach, a police spokesperson said Monday.

Police about 11 a.m. Friday went to the 1800 block of Southeast Westmoreland Boulevard regarding a crash. The location is west of U.S. 1 and south of Southeast Port St. Lucie Boulevard.

Investigators determined a 2019 Nissan sedan traveled west on Southeast Westmoreland Boulevard. The vehicle left the roadway, striking a concrete power pole.
