A woman’s vehicle plunged into a canal near SW 11th Place and Gleason Parkway in Cape Coral Friday evening.
According to the Cape Coral Fire Department, a woman was in the vehicle with no other occupants.
Fire officials do not know how she ended up in the canal, but said no injuries were reported in the incident. When crews arrived, CCFD said she was out of the car and OK.
