The daughter of a candidate for sheriff of Dixie County has been sentenced to spend two years in prison on child abuse and drug charges. Deputies arrested Sara Ridgeway, 43, more than a year ago after they say they found her passed out in her car from using heroin. A young child was also in the car.  A woman was recently impaled by an umbrella while sunbathing at Cocoa Beach, police say. The Cocoa Beach Police Department confirmed the incident to Fox News Digital.
