A man accused of manslaughter for killing his girlfriend and kidnapping for holding a Clay County couple hostage in 2022, pled guilty to all of the charges against him. On April 1, Aubrey Lumpkin pled guilty to manslaughter, tampering with evidence, armed robbery, kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A Florida woman went on a wild rampage at a Wawa location and allegedly stabbed a man with a large knife before committing other crimes, police said. Two Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies were hospitalized after being shot by a suspect early Saturday morning. Lt. Chad Anderson was shot once in the arm, which went into his chest.
