Busch Gardens employee accused of sexually battering child: ‘Deeply disturbing’

 The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for more victims to come forward after it says a Busch Gardens employee sexually battered an 8-year-old child.  Investigators say Douglas McGee, 34, gave the victim a cell phone and sent inappropriate messages to the child.  According to HCSO, McGee admitted to inappropriate text messages, touching, and sexual battery. A motorcyclist was killed in a St. Pete crash late Tuesday night, according to police. According to the St. Pete Police Department, at 9 p.m., a motorcycle crashed with a vehicle at 5th Avenue North and 34th Street North. The motorcyclist, who police said was male, was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. St. Cloud man dies in house fire, officials say

Photo by: Fox35Orlando A St. Cloud man died in a house fire Thursday morning, city officials said.  Crews responded shortly after 7:30 a.m. to a home on the 1300 block of 4th Street in response to a fire. Firefighters said they saw smoke coming from the home and were told there was a man inside.  They pulled the 87-year-old man from the home and began lifesaving measures, but he died on the scene.  The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.

 A person has died and three others are injured after a crash in Pembroke Pines. Pembroke Pines Fire Rescue responded to the crash scene on US-27 and Pines Boulevard. 7Skyforce hovered over the scene where five vehicles were involved in the crash. An Alabama man is dead following a three-vehicle crash on State Road 285 at mile marker 13. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the man was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident. At least 4 taken to hospital after crash involving JTA bus on Westside: Jacksonville Fire and Rescue

According to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue, at least four people were taken to the hospital from the crash. It appears a car slammed into the back of the bus. Two men were found dead inside a bullet-riddled car that crashed near the Turnpike in southwest Miami-Dade. The crash, on Quail Roost Drive at SW 113th Avenue, was reported around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. The car slammed into a utility pole near the Turnpike overpass and ended up in the intersection.
