Woman, 25, arrested for attempted murder after Pompano Beach stabbing, cops say

A Memorial Day stabbing in Pompano Beach sent a man to the hospital and a woman to jail, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. BSO spokesperson Carey Codd said the stabbing happened just after 6:15 a.m. in the 1900 block of Northwest 24th Street. Codd said medics found a man with stab wounds and took him to a nearby hospital. He’s expected to survive. Meanwhile, Codd said deputies arrested a 25-year-old woman, identified as D, on an attempted murder charge.
