Lake City Police Department officers say they responded to Wee Care Too on Northwest Gwen Lake Avenue on April 20 on reports of an unresponsive infant. Investigators say through interviews and surveillance video, they determined A, 30, an employee of the daycare, had physically abused the infant. Injuries from that abuse caused the child to become unresponsive.
