The Winter Haven Police Department is searching for a man who they say kidnapped a woman and sexually battered her at gunpoint. A felony warrant was issued for Walter Ray Bouiye, 46, on charges of sexual battery with a firearm, armed kidnapping, possession of firearm by convicted felon, and tampering with a witness.
