Two people were hurt in a crash that shut down all lanes on the MacArthur Causeway (Interstate 395) in both directions early Friday. It happened at around 12:30 a.m. on the causeway at Terminal Isle, Miami Beach police said. One person is dead after a fatal crash involving a car and pedestrian, the Florida Highway Patrol announced. A late-night fire severely damaged a home in Bonita Springs, leaving most of the structure burned.
