A teenager was arrested for fatally shooting a 16-year-old at the Citrus Park Town Center Mall over the weekend after a planned fight went awry, according to authorities. A commercial truck ran off the road and over a guardrail on Thursday, Florida Highway Patrol announced. Around 6:35 a.m., a 60-year-old Tampa man was driving a commercial truck eastbound on SR-400 near Branch Forbes Road when the driver suffered a medical emergency.
