A 2-year-old boy died overnight after he was shot during a domestic dispute late Sunday at an apartment complex in the Hillcrest neighborhood of Jacksonville’s Westside, police said. Authorities are searching for a driver after a woman was struck and killed in a hit-and-run in West Park early Monday, officials said.
