A man was shot and hospitalized early Tuesday morning after being followed by two men in a black Dodge sedan on Atlantic Boulevard, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. An off-duty Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Deputy was shot and killed Monday evening, deputies announced. The PBSO was dispatched at 7:32 p.m. at the 1400 block of NW Avenue D in Belle Glade in reports of gunfire. A person who was riding a scooter is in the hospital after a collision with a motor vehicle on Monday.
