Witnesses said the driver was kicked out of Emperors, located on Adamo Drive, according to Tampa police. “When that person exited the club, he accelerated his vehicle toward a group of people killing one innocent bystander and seriously injuring two others,” Tampa police Major Patrick Messmer said.
