Police announced the arrest of a man Thursday who they say sexually battered a boy in Pembroke Pines last month. According to Pembroke Pines police, 39-year-old Saul Alfonso Silva Valecillos is facing 14 counts that include sexual battery on a minor, online solicitation to engage in unlawful sexual conduct and possession of child pornography.
