4-year-old shoots self with parent’s gun at Middleburg home, sheriff’s office says

A 4-year-old was shot in Middleburg Wednesday, according to a press release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. CCSO says the child was able to get a parent’s gun and accidentally fired the gun.  A deadly crash closed a Mulberry road for several hours on Wednesday night. A man has been arrested after allegedly tossing his bicycle and shouting at pedestrians last week in Naples. According to the Naples Police Department, officers responded to 5th Ave. South on Friday about a disorderly man who was yelling at pedestrians. A woman faces 38 counts of animal cruelty after authorities said they discovered an alleged puppy mill in Merritt Island. Many of the dogs found were severely ill, according to deputies. Pilot injured after paraglider crashes in Brevard County

Officials with the Federal Aviation Administration said an unregistered powered paraglider crashed near Grant-Valkaria, Florida, around 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
