4 dead, including child, in I-95 crash in Indian River County

Man struck by car, killed while walking across street in Orange County: Florida Highway Patrol

A man walking across the street in Orange County died after being hit by a car early Saturday morning, according to FHP.  The crash happened around 12:40 a.m. when a man was crossing West Oak Ridge Road and Chancellor Drive in an unmarked crosswalk, FHP said.  A Ford C-Max was traveling west on West Oak Ridge Road East of Chancellor Drive when the man entered the car’s direct path. Officials are investigating a fatal crash occurred on I-75 in Marion County. It happened Saturday afternoon just after 4:00 p.m. near MM 359 when officials said a 27-year-old man was driving southbound in an outside lane. Six year old child with autism dies in Brandon after being pulled from body of water

 Hillsborough County deputies are investigating the death of a six-year-old autistic child in Brandon.
