Woman dies weeks after hit-and-run crash in West Palm Beach

The West Palm Beach Police Department announced Monday a woman has died, weeks after getting hit by a vehicle. The police department said Rachal Michelle Santamaria, 47, was struck by an SUV on the 2000 block of Okeechobee Boulevard the night of Oct. 5.
