Charles Joseph Abreu Decca, 29, was involved in a crash at about 3 a.m. Sunday near Mile Marker 303, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. A pedestrian was struck by a train Tuesday morning in Daytona Beach, according to police. In a post online, the Daytona Beach Police Department said the incident happened at Mason Avenue and the FEC railroad tracks.
