 A bicyclist was struck by a car in Tarpon Springs on Monday and later died from his injuries, according to police. According to the Tarpon Springs Police Department, authorities responded to reports of a vehicle crash at Martin Luther King Dr. and North Ave. at around 2:15 p.m. on Monday. The crash involved a bicyclist and a westbound vehicle driven by a 66-year-old man, according to police. The bicyclist was taken to Advent Health North Pinellas where he died from his injuries.

A motorcyclist is dead after a three-car crash in Orange County. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred Monday night around 11 p.m. in the area of Curry Ford Road and Bumby Avenue. Officials say a Nissan Rogue turned into the direct path of a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The impact caused the bike to collide with a third vehicle. The 33-year-old operator of the bike was flown to the hospital and pronounced deceased. No one else was seriously hurt.
