A 36-year-old Fort McCoy man was killed on Friday evening after his motorcycle was rear-ended by another vehicle. The fatal accident occurred near the intersection of County Road 315 and NE 225th Place at around 8:16 p.m. on Friday, October 26. CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A 44-year-old man from Starke died in a crash in Clay County early Saturday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. FHP said around 1:45 a.m., the man was driving a pickup truck westbound on Carter Spencer Road, and when he tried to negotiate a curve, he left the roadway to the right for unknown reasons. The Boca Raton Police Department announced Friday that it had arrested two people in connection with a carjacking that occurred along Southwest 18 Street Thursday afternoon. Kevin McCall, 19, and a 17-year-old boy were both charged with carjacking with a firearm.
