Gunfire near one of Tampa’s trendiest areas of town left families caught in the crossfire.  Innocent bystanders visiting near Armature Works were shot after the Tampa Police Department said two groups of teenagers got into a verbal altercation. All the victims survived their injuries from the shooting. One of the victims hit by the bullets was Jenny Brown, a 28-year-old pregnant mother. An 18-year-old Orlando woman was killed on Thursday evening after she was struck by an SUV in Orange County. At around 8:40 p.m., a 2003 Nissan Xterra was traveling eastbound on Old Winter Garden Road, to the west of the Buena Vista Avenue intersection, in Orlando, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol. The report stated that the woman was standing in the eastbound inside lane on Old Winter Garden Road, in the direct path of the SUV.

A 28-year-old woman from Ocala was injured on Thursday morning after her vehicle rear-ended a Marion County school bus that was carrying 50 students. A suspect stabbed another person in San Carlos Park Thursday afternoon. According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the stabbing happened on Albatross Road around 2 p.m. They say the unnamed suspect took off, and the victim was left with non-life-threatening injuries.
