The Ocean Ridge Police Department is investigating a death. The police department said around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, it responded to Ocean Ridge Town Hall for an accident involving an employee from a contracted tree trimmer vendor. Detectives are looking for information after an aggravated assault incident occurred over the weekend at DeLeon Springs, according to a Facebook post by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. The incident happened at a gathering in the woods off Apalachicola Circle and Spring Garden Avenue. At least one person is dead after a crash at the intersection of Evergreen Road and N Cleveland Avenue (U.S.-41) in North Fort Myers.
