The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Holt man for domestic violence battery and other charges on Thursday. A 25-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly raped a woman at Miami-Dade County’s Larry & Penny Thompson Park, authorities said.
