According to Panama City officials, the Cove and downtown Panama City area were without water Tuesday afternoon after a car ran into a fire hydrant. A man was arrested over the weekend, exactly a week after a fatal hit-and-run crash in Pompano Beach, Local 10 learned Tuesday. Willian Eduardo Beltran Velasquez, 31, was arrested Sunday on charges of failing to stop at an accident involving death and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Months after an 18-year-old woman was killed in a shooting in North Lauderdale, authorities have arrested a suspect in connection with the killing. Florida AHCA releases new operating room details in fatal liver removal error

 How did it happen? That’s the question investigators are working to answer after a surgeon at Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast reportedly removed a man’s liver instead of his spleen.
