University of Central Florida police officers found a person dead in a pond near the campus early Tuesday morning, authorities said. Police: Woman stabbed by boyfriend in Hialeah

Hialeah police are investigating what they called a “domestic-related incident” that resulted in the stabbing of a 35-year-old woman. According to Lt. Eddie Rodriguez, the stabbing occurred at about 3 a.m. Wednesday at a home in the 4200 block of West 11th Place. Rodriguez said the victim called 911, asking for help.
