A Bradenton woman was killed early Friday when her car hit a tree on Ninth Street East, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Investigators say the 38-year-old woman was driving alone in a Honda Civic around midnight, heading south on Ninth Street East, just south of 50th Avenue Drive East. A rollover crash involving a dump truck on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade caused traffic delays Friday morning. The crash happened shortly after 4 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the expressway at Northwest 154th Street. An 18-year-old man died early Friday morning when the SUV he was driving flipped on Southeast County Road 325 in Bradford County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said the SUV was headed south on CR 325 near Hampton Villa Drive around 1:45 a.m. when it ran off the road to the left and flipped. FHP did not indicate why the SUV might have left the road.
