
‘Significant injuries’: 4-year-old boy accidentally shoots himself in Poinciana, deputies say
A 4-year-old boy is hospitalized after accidentally shooting himself in Poinciana on Thursday, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said. Detectives said the shooting occurred at 3:30 p.m. on Amber Way. The boy was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital with a single gunshot wound. “He is in ICU with significant injuries but reported to be in stable condition at this time,” Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Captain Kim Montes said.
