The crash was reported around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Civic Club Drive and Moncrief Dinsmore Road in the Dinsmore area of Jacksonville. Ocala Fire Rescue said flames and smoke were spotted coming from a unit on the first floor. Residents in the building evacuated. Fire crews were able to put out the flames.
